During this handling period, your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to the courier for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Business days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.

3–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within South Africa.

No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

You can use this link to monitor the progress of your parcel from collection to delivery.

Delivery Issues

Scents101 is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched.

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. A physical delivery address is required.
  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • Scents101 is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
